The T1R B-Max DRY CARBON C-Pillar Bar provides reinforcement between one of the weaker sections of the chassis, the c-pillar area. On most cars, especially hatchbacks, due to the large open area between the c-pillars, there is a lack of horizontal reinforcement between the c-pillars. Consequently, under cornering, the c-pillar area, and hence rear chassis will tend to flex and twist. This adversely affects cornering stability and response.

The T1R B-Max DRY CARBON C-Pillar Bar addresses this problem by providing a reinforcing brace between the c-pillars. With the C-Pillar Bar, the chassis feels more composed, stable on mid to high speed sweeping corners, responsive to driver inputs, and communicative of the car's rear end. Made out of true DRY Carbon Fiber.
